People always ask me why am I running for Congress? If you look at the film, you’ll see one of the reasons why. When Nancy Pelosi, Jim McGovern and the rest of the Democratic Congress came out to do their parade through the people amassed to legally protest their take over of health care and 1/6 of the economy, its called an in your face. These protesters used to be called Reagan Democrats, now they are called every name in the book. Its the old political trick. When you can’t attack the message, attack the messenger! Those at the the capital are there for a reason. They believe in our Constitution that has created so much prosperity and freedom for so many. They believe in the future and our kids. They want for them to have every economic, spirtual, and individual opportunity that they had. The protesters assembled believe in America, our traditions, values and exceptionalism. We want all our kids to be the best they can be. All of them. What response do demonstrating our values bring from the Democratic Congress? Contempt, scorn, disdain and condescension! They know better about us then we do. They don’t live our lives. They read about them in sociology classes!
The Democratic Party of Nancy, Barney and Jim know full well that the American Public does not want the Government to have control of our choices of doctors. They know that people, especially around here, are counting on medicare and social security.They know that by hiring 16,000 new IRS agents to monitor health care, that they are creating a dangerous level of government bent on getting their paws on whatever money is left out there. They know that being forced to go to the government for permission to have a medical procedure is unfair to the people that paid throughout their lives to create the existing care and should be first in line not have medical choices taken away! They know that growing the private sector diminishes their control even though it increases our standard of living and prosperity.What’s their response? Look at their actions not their words! Nancy has the gavel, heads up!
They all have one thing in common. None of them have ever worked for the private sector! None of them have ever created any wealth or value. All of them are caught in an ideological straight jacket. They are acting in furtherance of their own proprietary interests and are trying to strap us into to the failed policies of the 70’s. The 1870’s. They are pursuing their grand vision of government control and beneficence. They get to tell us what to do and how to live, and if we don’t like it, well they know best! Their health care agenda gives them the power they always wanted. They get to decide who gets to be born and who gets to die.There’s only one problem.There’s never been more of a disconect between the people representing us and we the represented. The old saying is absolute power corrupts absolutely. But this is ridiculous.
Its time for us to implement a Term Limit for a those in Congress starting with 14 year incumbent Jim McGovern. I believe that the role of Government should be to create prosperity not limit it. Create economic wealth not destroy it. Encourarge technology and innovation not set the ceilings. Develop families not destroy them. Celebrate American Values not trash them. Let all of us be the best we can, not what they want us to be.
My campaign is just starting. I am going to need help and I am going to need money. Like TARP? Stimulus? Health care choices being taken away and cost going up? Energy prices increasing? VAT tax? Economic unsustainability? Cap and trade energy costs? Congress not being accountable to the voters? 9.7% unemployment and its looming buddy stagflation? Declining American power with our standard of living being diminished in the name of global fairness?Uncontrolled deficits? Federal Benefits given to lawbreakers? If you want to be one of the McGoverned, Vote Jim. If you are unhappy with the direction of the governement you have a choice. Vote me Robert Delle for Congress! We need to establish Enterprise Zones and Charter Health Care. We need to take the first steps to grow the economy not collapse it. Follow my campaign, get involved.
